Common Transit Convention specialists
T1 and T2 are Common Transit Convention (CTC) declarations that let goods move through CTC countries — EU, EFTA, Turkey, North Macedonia, Serbia, the UK and Ukraine — under customs control without paying duties at every border.
T1 covers non-Union goods (e.g. third-country imports moving across the EU). T2 covers Union/UK goods moving through non-EU territory. We open, monitor and discharge transit movements using NCTS (New Computerised Transit System), including the customs guarantee that backs every T1.
How It Works
